He was predeceased by: his parents, Jesse Churchill and Opal Churchill (Moss); his sister Marion; and his brother-in-law Benny Beck. He is survived by: his children, Jerald Keith Churchill and Pamela Sue; his son-in-law Max Terhune; his grandchildren, Joi, Candi, Pamela and Lauren; and his great grandchildren, Amelia, Elizabeth, Joshua and Atalie.
