He is survived by: his wife Whitney Shields; his children, Jasmine Nicole, Keegan Kelly and Isaac Kelly; his sister Caitlin; his brother-in-law Logan Sullivan; and his in-laws, Mike and Rita Burns. He is also survived by cousins and friends.
