He is survived by: his wife Kathy of Tulsa, OK; his daughters, Kim Cagle (Rick) of Skiatook, OK and Lori Barnes (Dennis) of Catoosa, OK; and his grandchildren, Katie Cagle of Skiatook, OK and Justin Barnes of Catoosa, OK. He is also survived by brothers in-law, sisters in-law, nieces, nephews, cousins, friends.
