He was predeceased by: his parents, Jack Kazmierski and Nancy Kazmierski. He is survived by: his siblings, Kenneth (Angela Kazmierski) and Karen (Shawn Boyington); and his siblings' children, Austin, Aaron Boyington, Jack and Sloane Kazmierski.
Visitation will be held on Friday, October 3rd 2025 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Moore's Southlawn Chapel (9350 E 51st St, Tulsa, OK 74145). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, October 4th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Memorial Park Cemetery Chapel (5111 S Memorial Dr, Tulsa, OK 74145). A graveside service will be held on Saturday, October 4th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Memorial Park Cemetery (5111 S Memorial Dr, Tulsa, OK 74145).
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made to the American Stroke Association in Kurt's memory - a fitting tribute to a man who gave generously and loved deeply.
