He was predeceased by: his parents, Carmon Lipe and Sybil Lipe; and his niece Jessie Lipe. He is survived by: his grandchildren, Emma, Ainsley Gardenhire, Quinn and Gavin Lansing; his brother Ken Lipe (Susan); his sister-in-law Linda Orr; his nieces, Angie Lipe and Marcia Eustaquio (Marc); his nephew Randy Orr (Cassie); and his great-nieces and great-nephews, Bailey Lipe, Madeline, Maddox Eustaquio, Clifford and Charlotte Orr.
