He was predeceased by: his parents, Leo Jr. McFadden and Lorraine Esther McFadden (Thompson); and his brother-in-law Arlan Hanson. He is survived by: his wife Patricia McFadden; his son Mika D. (Amy McFadden) of Fayetteville, AR; his grandchildren, Connor, Avery and Chase McFadden; and his sister Suzanne Crabtree of Tulsa, OK. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
