She was predeceased by: her parents, Aurther J. Teague and Cleo Teague; her brothers, Calvin Dean and Leonard Leon Teague; her husband Floyd Ray Tolbert; and her son Stephen Ray Tolbert.
She is survived by: her children, Terry Lee Tolbert (Broken Arrow) and Sherry Kay Collins (Tulsa); and her siblings, Jim Teague Kenneth (Sand Springs) and Maxine Reeves. She is also survived by nine grandchildren, twenty-five great-grandchildren, and six great-great-grandchildren.
