She was predeceased by: her parents, Roscoe Rickner and Juanee Rickner (King); and her husband Gene Carter. She is survived by: her children, Crystal Dossman of Tulsa and David A. Dossman (Jennifer) of Tulsa; her grandchildren, Amber Dawn Godby, Robert Dewayne Swartzlander, Molly Dossman and Mason Dossman; and her great grandchildren, Caleb Murray, Serenity Godby, Eli Dossman and Jayde Dossman.
