He is survived by: his son Stephen Parks; his girlfriend Carolyn Thompson; his brother John Parks; his sister-in-law Tammy Parks; his niece Kayla Parks; his great-nephews, Jason Parks and Zachary Parks; his nephew Johnny Parks (Amber Parks); and his great-nieces and great-nephews, Noah Parks and Norris Parks.
