With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Lawrence Emmet Metz of Tulsa, Oklahoma, who passed away on October 22, 2022 at the age of 98. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Carl Metz and Lora Metz (Kelle); his siblings, Wilma Eakins and Albert Metz; his grandson Logan Meier; his wife Mary Alice Metz; his children, Dr. David Metz, Judi Meier (Calvin Meier) and Steve Metz (Kim Metz); his brother Myron Metz; his grandchildren, Lindsay Van (Josh Van) of Vyvere, Whitney Meier Schank (Ryan Schank), Carson Meier (Amanda Meier) and Grayson Metz; and his great grandchildren, Theo and Ivy Van of Vyvere. He was also cherished by many nieces and nephews.
