Visitation will be held on Tuesday, October 6th 2026 from 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Floral Haven Funeral Home. A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, October 7th 2026 at 12:30 PM at the Floral Haven Funeral Home Chapel. A graveside service will be held on Wednesday, October 7th 2026 at 2:00 PM at the Memorial Park Cemetery (5116 S Memorial Dr, Tulsa, OK 74145).
