He is survived by: his wife Christine Swords; his children, Jared Lee Worthy (Amanda) of Tulsa, OK, Judy Lee Carter (William) of Maryland, Elizabeth Ann Worthy of Harrah, OK and Margaret Dee Dickerson (Glenn) of Brazoria, TX; and his siblings, Clifford E. Worthy (Marge) of Osage Beech, MO, Gary L. Worthy (Peggy) of Sand Springs, OK and Brenda Mowery of Broken Arrow, OK. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews and cousins.
