He is survived by: his wife Rosella Poplin; his brother Loyd Poplin (Beverly); and his children, Tammy Replogle (Mickey), Jerry Poplin (Michelle) and Debbie Kidd (Kevin). He is also survived by 11 grandchildren; and 15 great grandchildren.
