He was predeceased by: his parents, Hubert Leon and Marjorie Mullis; and his sisters, Martha Mullis and Mary Bowne (James). He is survived by: his wife Martha; his children, Patricia Mullis, Debra Madison and Richard Mullis; his grandsons, Joseph Mullis, Kendal Madison Jr. and Shawn Mullis; and his great grandchildren, Caleb Mullis (Natalie), Isaac Mullis, Nora Mullis and Aaron Mullis.
A memorial service will be held on Wednesday, November 4th 2026 at 2:00 PM at the Boston Avenue United Methodist Church (1301 S Boston Ave, Tulsa, OK 74119).
