She is survived by: her daughter Donna Colclazier (Donnie Cochran) of Cleveland; and her brothers, Branson Fairbanks of Broken Arrow and Victor Fairbanks of Ponca City, Oklahoma. She is also survived by eleven grandchildren, numerous great grandchildren, family and friends.
