She was predeceased by: her parents, Glenn Edwin and Beatrice Dwornik. She is survived by: her husband Fredrick "Fred" Van Eman; her children, Sarah Guardiola (Jesse), Jason Van Eman and David Van Eman; her grandchildren, Victoria, Audrianna, William and Mia; her great grandchild Evelyn Wanda Barnes; and her children, Victoria and Audrianna.
A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, September 22nd 2026 from 1:30 PM to 1:45 PM at the Rivercrest Chapel (13329 S Memorial Dr, Bixby, OK 74008). A burial will be held on Tuesday, September 22nd 2026 at the Memorial Park Cemetery (5111 S Memorial Dr, Tulsa, OK 74145).
