He was predeceased by: his father Luey Ray Carr; and his brother Christopher John Carr. He is survived by: his mother Bonnie Lou Carr (Owens); his son Ross Anthony Carr; his daughter-in-law Melea Jones-Carr; his daughter Bailey Ray Harris; his son-in-law Braden Harris; his granddaughters, Zaelyn Ray Coultas, Zinnia Michael Coultas and Rory "Mack" Harris; and his nephews, Devon Carr and Tyler Carr.
