We are sad to announce that, on January 27, 2026 we had to say goodbye to Luther Wade Harjo of Tulsa, Oklahoma, born in Seminole, Oklahoma. Leave a sympathy message to the family in the guestbook on this memorial page of Luther Wade Harjo to show support.

Though Luther may no longer walk beside us, his memory will forever be enshrined in the fabric of the lives of those Luther touched, a beacon of light guiding us through the darkness. In his absence, his spirit lives on — a gentle whisper in the breeze, a ray of sunlight on a cloudy day, a reminder that love knows no boundaries.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Charley Harjo and Velma Harjo; and his siblings, Louisa Billie, Abby, Raymand and Richard.

He is survived by: his son Larry Wise. He is also survived by his grandchildren, great-grandchildren, and great-great-grandchildren; as well as several cousins and nieces.
