Visitation will be held on Sunday, October 4th 2026 from 3:00 PM to 5:00 PM at the Moore's Eastlawn Chapel. A funeral service will be held on Monday, October 5th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the same location. A burial will be held on Monday, October 5th 2026 at the Calvary Cemetery-Tulsa Add (9101 S Harvard Ave, Tulsa, OK 74131).
