She was predeceased by: her parents, Levi Joseph and Mallie Gaylor (Monholland); her son John H. Bales, Jr.; and her siblings, Marvin Gaylor, Fred Gaylor and Betty Jo Gaylor.
She is survived by: her daughters, Connie (Cesar Morales) and Debbie (Michael Rae); her grandchildren, Tamara Sadler (Billy), Victoria Rae, James Rae, Stephen Rae and Samuel Rae; and her great grandchildren, Joshua Sadler, Madison Sadler and Camden Sadler.
