She was predeceased by: her brother Rick Smith Jr.. She is survived by: her parents, Richard Lee Smith and Cordelia Ann Smith; her husband Kyle Atwell; her children, Michael Gomez and Madalane Gomez; her sister Angel Chapman (Ken Goodall); her niece Callie Hill (Derek Hill); her great-niece Ava Hill; and her nephew Max Chapman.
A memorial service will be held on Thursday, October 2nd 2025 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Serenity Funerals & Crematory (4170 E Admiral Pl, Tulsa, OK 74115).
