She is survived by: her sister Kimberly; her children, Melissa Fields (David), Christopher Smith (Deena) and Heath Smith (Lisa); her grandchildren, Adam, Aaron, Mikael, Kyler, Julian, Ayden and Molly; and her great grandchildren, Willow and Alex.
