She was predeceased by: her parents, James Ruphis and Caraline Long Callahan; her adoptive parents, Alvin Kenneth Callahan and Georgia Phersdorf; and her siblings, Tim Callahan and Gini Harwell.
She is survived by: her children, James Ryan Probis of Opelousas and Lisa Menard (John Larry) of Sunset; her brother Michael Callahan of Coachella Valley, CA; her grandsons, Michael Wayne Fielden (Elizabeth) of Rayne, Travis Menard (Amanda) and Joshua Menard (Angel); and her great grandchildren, Rylea, Greyson, Alaric, Forest, Maverick, Caleb and Amelia.
