He was predeceased by: his parents, Lucy Esther Collins and Alfred Clark Collins, Jr.; and his brother Alfred Clark Collins III. He is survived by: his wife Rebecca Ann Busch Collins; his brother Ross Collins (Sue); his nephew Christopher Collins; his children, Christian Elaine Collins Camero (Harry), Daniel Markham Collins and Benjamin Busch Collins; his grandchildren, Nikolaus Lara, Elaina Foreman, Brianna Foreman, Brandon Hicks and Archer Foreman; his great grandchildren, Avery, Emery, Kimzey and Paizley Foreman; his mother-in-law Elaine; his siblings-in-law, David Busch (Nel), Tim Busch (Tena) and Mary Ann Marucci (Paul); Nick and Nathalie Collins. He is also survived by seven nephews and five nieces.
