He was predeceased by: his parents, Joe Palmer and Betty Palmer; and his brothers, Gary Joe Palmer and Matt Palmer. He is survived by: his wife Kari; his children, Lori, Heather, Zachary, Morgan and Montana; his brother Scott Palmer; his in-laws, Gary and Donna Gilliam; and his brother-in-law Jeff Gilliam. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks for donations to be made to The Little Lighthouse.
