She is survived by: her daughters, Rhonda Shultz (Gregory) of Broken Arrow, Theresa Brewer (Mark) of Broken Arrow and Pamela Fox of Broken Arrow, Oklahoma; her brother Bill Childress (Bonita) of Bristow, Oklahoma; her grandchildren, Burris Shultz, Kendall Shultz, Kendra Young, Anthony Brewer, Aaron Brewer, Tresa Whitehouse and Gina Fox; and her great grandchildren, Ari, Shalae, Shaylin, Andrew, Caisha, Tyman, Trax, Nathan, Jonathan, Titus, Levi, Adam, Kaitlin and Little Belle. She is also survived by many other relatives and friends.
