As Mary Belle departs from this earthly realm, her essence lingers — a whisper on the wind, a ripple on the water — a testament to the enduring power of love to transcend the boundaries of life and death. Though Mary Belle may no longer walk beside us, her spirit lives on in the memories and the legacy Mary Belle leaves behind.

She was predeceased by: her parents, John Wesley and Cora Wiggins; and her husband Jerry. She is survived by: her son Mark Douglas Ruddle (Kelly) of Adair, Oklahoma; her grandsons, Jeremiah Douglas Ruddle of Tahlequah and Travis Baxter Ruddle (Jessica) of Provo, Utah; and her great grandchildren, Lyndon James Ruddle and Mallory Kate Ruddle.
