She is survived by: her former spouse Verlin Leroy Shepard; her husband Warren Harding Smith; her daughters, Kathryn Louise Bell (RD Bell), Connie Jo McCratic, Kristi Annette Martin and Lori Ann VanLoo (Scott); and her sister Sandra Havelka. She is also survived by 9 grandchildren and 16 great-grandchildren.
