He was predeceased by: his parents, Ali Hozhabri and Hamdam Hozhabri. He is survived by: his wife Terri Jean Hozhabri; his children, Melissa Sixsmith (Mason) and Daniel Hozhabri; and his granddaughter Kylie Sixsmith. He is also survived by "Pops"; and many close brothers, sisters-in-law, nieces, and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Blackbox International, an organization dedicated to caring for boy survivors of human trafficking.
