He was predeceased by: his father John Ross Blackburn. He is survived by: his mother Norma Blackburn (Hogness); his children, Chase Darrion Palacio and Taylor Skye Baker (Nathan Baker); his grandsons, Jude and Théoden Baker; and his siblings, Danny Ross Blackburn, Jon Milton Blackburn, Paul Wesley Blackburn, DeEtte Lee Blackburn and Nena Gail Mason Blackburn. He is also survived by 8 nephews and 6 nieces and many great nieces and nephews.
