He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Jerry Naifeh, Beverly Naifeh and Leland Evans. He is survived by: his parents, Julia Evans and Ralph Evans; his brother Julian Evans; his grandmother Lois Evans Seals; and his friends, Rianne and Patrick Huber. He is also survived by aunts, uncles, and cousins.
In lieu of flowers, Max's family requests any memorials be directed to Make-A-Wish Oklahoma, in Max's honor, to fund a Formula 1 Wish for an Oklahoma child with a life threatening illness.
