He was predeceased by: his mother Jerri Bowen. He is survived by: his father Frank Bowen; his grandfather Poppy; his wife Tammy; his son Matt (Shelby); his grandchildren, Avery and Lottie; his son Drew (Addie); his father-in-law Tom Stewart; and his sisters-in-law, Cindy (Craig) and Shelley (Robert). He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, aunt and uncles.
In lieu of flowers, you may donate in his honor to the American Diabetes Association.
