He was predeceased by: his parents, Jerold Robert O'Niel and Patricia Mae Rhoades O'Niel; his stepmother Eleanor O'Niel; and his brother Danny O'Niel. He is survived by: his wife Paula O'Niel of Tulsa; his children, Jeff Davis of Ardmore and Jennifer Milroy (Erick) of Tulsa; his grandchildren, Michael Jacob "Jake" Milroy, Brennon Davis, Stormie Finch, Haelee Davis and Tori Davis; his great grandchildren, Wisdom, Scarlett, Serenity, Briar, Ainsley, Atticus, Larason, Penelope and Rosco; and his sister Jeri Jones (Jerry) of Durant.
