He is survived by: his wife Holland "Holly" Williams; his mother Anita Lynn Williams-Riggs; his siblings, Nicole Williams Green (Nathan) of Wagoner, Oklahoma and Ronnie Parker; and his nephews, JaKobi Parker, Logan Grand and Adias Riggs. He is also survived by other nieces, nephews, extended family members, and dear friends.
A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, October 17th 2026 at 2:00 PM at the God's Shining Light Church (9897 E 11th St, Tulsa, OK 74128).
