Mike Lewis Obituary
We announce the death of Mike Lewis (Tulsa, Oklahoma), born in Glen Cove, New York, who passed away on September 17, 2026, at the age of 81. Mike will be remembered by family members, friends, and others whose lives were connected in meaningful ways. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his sister Pat DiPietro; his nephew Dean Lewis; and his great-nephew Marc Lewis. He is survived by: his wife Diane; his children, Todd Lewis (Shannon) and Dr. Alison Vanderhoof (Dustin); his grandchildren, Kale Lewis and Cormac Vanderhoof; and his brother Buddy. He is also survived by his nieces and nephews, and numerous other friends.
A burial will be held on Friday, October 16th 2026 at the St. Francis Xavier Columbarium (2434 E Admiral Blvd, Tulsa, OK 74110). A rosary will be held on Saturday, October 17th 2026 at 9:30 AM at the St. Bernard Catholic Church (4001 E 101st St, Tulsa, OK 74105). A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, October 17th 2026 at 10:00 AM at the same location.
