She is survived by: her children, Mark Apple (Cheryl) of Coweta, Oklahoma, Keith Apple of Broken Arrow, Oklahoma, Brenda Apple of Florida and Kevin Apple (Denice) of Tulsa, Oklahoma. She is also survived by five grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.
