She is survived by: her parents, Kenny Don Smith and Deborah Ann Smith (Robisch) of Tulsa, Oklahoma; her grandmother Phyllis Robisch of Broken Arrow, Oklahoma; and her brother Kaleb Smith (Lindsey) of Tulsa, Oklahoma. She is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles, cousins, extended family members, and friends.
