She was predeceased by: her parents, Hubert Burkhead and Lola Mae Burkhead; her husband Lee Hendrix; her children, Linda Davenport, Sarah Pohl and Alvin Hendrix; and her siblings, Barbara, Bill, Robert and Larry.
She is survived by: her children, Anne Cole of Tulsa, Robert, Pamela Welsh of Wagoner and Frank Davenport of Broken Arrow; and her siblings, Shirlee Ladd of Tulsa, Don and Shermin Burkhead. She is also survived by grandchildren, great grandchildren, great great grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
