With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Norma Kay Simon in Tulsa, Oklahoma, who passed away on November 27, 2023 at the age of 77. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Elgie Norman Williams and Macie May Williams. She is survived by: her husband John Simon; her sons, Jerry Armitage (Misty) and Jeff Armitage; her brother Mark Williams (Debra); and her grandchildren, Joe and Joline. She is also survived by her two great-grandchildren.
