He was predeceased by: his father Philip Gene Rogers Sr. of Sapulpa. He is survived by: his mother Ann Rogers of Oakhurst; his children, Philip Shawn Rogers of Oakhurst, Amanda Polk (Sand Springs) and Amber Rogers of Tulsa; Tandy Taylor of Tulsa. He is also survived by his six grandchildren and two great grandchildren.
