It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Philip Lee Ruth of Tulsa, Oklahoma, born in Washington, District of Columbia, who passed away on October 21, 2025, at the age of 86, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Lee Frances Ruth and Anne Elvira Newcomer Ruth; his brothers, Dale Ruth and Kenneth Ruth; and his sister-in-law Pauline Gange.
He is survived by: his siblings, Lula E Ruth Orr (Bill) and James Ruth; his daughters, Renee Tinney (James) and Colleen Henry (Michael); his grandchildren, Jennifer Kessler (Troy), Jessica Evans, Jason Evans (Rayanne), Dale Tinney (Karina), Dakota Tinney (Kendra), Curtis Matranga, Tanasha Matrange and Katie Matrange (Carlos); and his wife Rosalie Paul. He is also survived by 8 great grandchildren and one due soon and 2 great great grandchildren.
