She was predeceased by: her parents, Paul Starr and Bonnie Starr; and her brothers, Leo Starr and Buddy Nail. She is survived by: her husband Phillip C. Goodner; her daughters, Carla June Kephart (Mark), Annette Arlene Mosier (Loyd) and Stephanie Lynn Goodner (Nicole); her grandchildren, Jacob, Benjamin, Samuel, Sarah Mosier, Hannah Mosier Cummin, Owen and Abby Kephart; and her siblings, Wayne Starr (Rose) and Patty Goad. She is also survived by 10 great-grandchildren.
