He was predeceased by: his parents, Roy Hendrickson and Helena Hendrickson; his former wife Carolyn West; his sister-in-law Patsy Hendrickson; and his niece Kitty Estes.
He is survived by: his wife Docia Hendrickson; his children, Stacy Harmon (Scott) of Kansas City, MO, Andrew Hendrickson of Kansas City, MO and Mark Grimes (Kari Long); his brothers, Richard Hendrickson and Rodney Hendrickson (Ruthie); his brother-in-law Gerald West; his grandsons, Chase, Cooper Harmon, Blake Hendrickson and Marshall Estes (Jim Hennessey); his great grandchildren, Luna and Lillian; his nieces and nephews, Scott, Debby, Grant, Paul, Chuck, Lori, Ann and Ngaire; and his friends, Leon, Karen Boothe of Cincinnati, OH and Ken Haston of Kansas City, MO..
