He was predeceased by: his parents, Cyrus Thompson and Katie Thompson; and his sister Genevieve Brittain (Dorotha Thompson Menke). He is survived by: his sons, Donald (Sheila) and Philip Thompson (Jean Anne); and his grandchildren, Chris Thompson, Austin Thompson (Robert Thompson) and Tina Thompson.
A funeral service was held on Thursday, June 12th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Butler-Stumpff & Dyer Funeral Home (2103 E 3rd St, Tulsa, OK 74104). A burial was held on Thursday, June 12th 2025 at the Floral Haven Memorial Gardens (6500 S 129th E Ave, Broken Arrow, OK 74012).
