He was predeceased by: his parents, Donald Campbell and Virginia Nadine Johnson (Fields). He is survived by: his wife Charla Louise Johnson (Buck); his children, Jacqueline and Samuel Johnson; and his sisters, Judy Haigh (Mike) and Susan Campbell. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and a host of other relatives and friends.
His contributions to these bands showcased not only his skill but also his deep appreciation for the art of music.
