She was predeceased by: her parents, Lee Owen "Mutt" and Delce Williams (Adams); her husbands, Johnny Lee Rowley and Kenny Cox; and her siblings, Tallulah and Bill Williams.

She is survived by: her children, Kevin Rowley (Carol), Allen "Keith" Rowley, Dana Miller, Brandie Songy (Jayme), Jolynn Takapu (Morningstar) and Cindy Wilson; and her grandchildren, Hailey Langley (Dustin), Bailey Paul (Justin), Kevin Lee Rowley, Kyle Rowley, Kent Rowley (Maria), Kody Rowley, Justin Rowley (Kimberly), Candice Stenger, Brittany Takapu, Shania Takapu, Morningstar Takapu Jr., Ashley Fitzgerald-Brown (Cassidy), Megan Holt, Daphne Flood and Craig Flood. She is also survived by 28 great grandchildren, and 13 great great grandchildren.
