She was predeceased by: her parents, Spencer Joseph Hankins and Alberta Ann Hankins (Stuever); her siblings, Ross, Tom, Joe Hankins and Judy Hankins; her parents-in-law, Charles Fields and Jewell Lorene Fields; her siblings-in-law, James Fields, JT Hill and Diana (Skiley Schuch); and her niece Cindy Hill.
She is survived by: her husband Harry Leigh Fields; her children, Chris Fields (Kathy), Tony Fields and Jon Fields; her grandchildren, Kyle (Brooke), Kevin and Jacob (Kate); her great grandchild Dominic; her siblings, Tim Hankins (Helen), John Hankins (Sara) and Nancy Hankins; and her siblings-in-law, Charlie (Nikki), Rita Hill and Linda Fields. She is also survived by 23 nieces and nephews, and 27 great-nieces and great-nephews.
