She was predeceased by: her parents, Vernon Charles "Windy" and LaVerne Ragan (Westmoland); her husband Dan Willis; her brother Mike Ragan; her niece Tracey Akin; and her grandson Paul Perkins.
She is survived by: her children, Jennifer Yanulis (Joe), Sandra Latty (Phillip), Michael Juby (Cindy), Marcus Juby (Candace), Steven Willis (Nancy), Sean Willis (Hayley), Elaine Willis and Daniel Willis; and her sister Wendy Kay Whittle. She is also survived by twenty-four grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren.
