“In loving memory of Richard Carr, I worked at DHS where Richard was a security officer. He greeted me with a hug and the biggest smile. He was a wonderful person with strong faith. I saw him many times stopping a distraught client and saying a quiet prayer with them. I will miss my annual happy birthday song that he would sing to me in that amazing voice and will continue to remember and honor him by listening to his CD. He will be sorely missed by many.”
