He was predeceased by: his parents, Janet Lewis Hardesty (Goddard) and Samuel Hardesty of Tulsa, OK.; his parents-in-law, Dorthula Taber and Tommy Taber; and his nephew Cory Ortiz.
He is survived by: his wife Jenise Taber Hardesty; his daughter Natalie Paige; his son-in-law Kyle Paige; his daughter Bailey Downs; his son-in-law Chris Downs; his grandchildren, Ryker, Logan, Nolan, Ellis and Evelyn; and his siblings, Millie York, Don and Gerald. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
